Course Structure, Modules & Key Features

The full-time Master’s programme lasts four semesters and leads to a “Master of Science (M.Sc.)” degree. Throughout the programme, students develop competencies in leadership, strategy, organisational development and international business management. Topics such as digital sales, entrepreneurship, financial management and sustainability are combined with practical and analytical approaches. Digitalisation and the use of AI are integrated across all modules and form an essential part of the study concept. A separate module includes visits to different companies where students analyse and compare business models, linking theoretical concepts with practical insights. During the third semester, students may complete an optional stay abroad at one of more than 50 partner universities worldwide or at another university of their choice. The programme also offers the opportunity to obtain a double degree in cooperation with Solbridge International School of Business in South Korea or City University of Seattle in the United States.
