Course Structure, Modules & Key Features

International experience and practical project work shape the structure of the Bachelor in “International Business Administration” at BSP Business & Law School. The full-time program spans seven semesters, including a mandatory semester abroad, and leads to a bachelor’s degree. During the fifth semester, students complete a mandatory study abroad semester at a partner university of their choice. Possible destinations include cities such as New York, San Francisco, Shanghai, Sydney, Mexico City, and Dublin. Students are supported by numerous university partnerships and the university’s International Office. In addition, Business English and Spanish are firmly integrated into the curriculum. Over three semesters, students complete 162 hours of language training in each language with professional native speakers. Courses are adapted to different levels of prior knowledge. Theory and practice are closely connected through several project study phases, including at least one practical phase abroad. Students gain direct insights into international management and company structures while working on real business-related challenges. Excursions, guest lectures, and practice-oriented study projects further complement the program.

Admission Requirements

  • Entitlement to study according to § 10 BerlHG ( general higher education, , entrance qualification for university of applied sciences or comparable entrance degree) or
  • Possibility of further studies according to § 11 BerlHG
  • University access for vocationally qualified students according to § 11 BerlHG
  • English language skills on level B2 and German language skills on level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages are required.
